Over 3000 miles, 7 states (California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Idaho) and 5 national parks (Bryce, Arches, Rocky mountain, Grand Teton and Yellowstone)
This year we decided to drive to Colorado for Christmas. It is long drive and we wouldn't be able to cover the distance in one day, therefore we made a nice long trip out of it. On the way to Colorado we stopped Las Vegas, Bryce and Arches national park. After spending a few days with the family we drove to Lander, stopping in Rocky Mountain National park on our way. Kelly, who used to live in Ca moved to Wyoming and we were glad that we can stay couple nights in there house and explore the area. Then we moved to Jackson and from here we explored the winter Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks. When was time to go back home, we stopped in Salt Lake City for last two nights.

Tento rok jsme se rozhodly jet do Colorada na vanoce autem. Je to dlouha cest a nebyli bychom schopni ujet takovou vzdalenost jeden den, tudiz jsme si naplanovali z toho dlouhy vylet. Na ceste do Colorada jsme se zatavili v Las Vegas, a narodnich parcich Bryce a Arches. Pote co jsme stravili nekolik dni s rodinou jsme odjeli do mestecka Lander. Po ceste jsme se zastavili v narodnim parku Rocky Mountain. Kelly, ktera kdysi bydlela v Kalifornii se prestehovala do Wyomingu a my jsme byli radi, ze jsem u ni mohli stravit par noci a prozkoumat okoli. Pote jsme odjeli do Jackson a odtud jsme vyrazeli na tury v zimnich narodnich parcich Grand Canyon a Yellowston. Kdyz byl cas se vratit domu, zastavili jsme se jeste na dve noci po ceste zpatky v Salt Lake city.
